Overview
Race your explorers across the river by playing path cards and collecting ferry tokens.
First player to get all three explorers to the far bank wins.

Setup
1. Give each player 3 explorer pawns and a starting hand of 5 path cards.
2. Place the river board in the center; shuffle the ferry token bag.
3. Deal the remaining path cards as a draw deck.

Turn flow
1. Draw 1 path card (if deck empty, shuffle discard).
2. Play 1 path card onto your lane OR discard 1 card to draw a ferry token.
3. Optionally move one explorer along completed path segments (1 segment per turn).
4. End turn; next player clockwise.

Actions
- Path card: extends your lane by the printed terrain.
- Ferry token: skip one rough-water space once.
- Help action: give one path card to another player (optional cooperative variant).

Scoring / win
- Win condition: all 3 of your explorers on the far bank.
- Tie-break: fewest ferry tokens used.
